Subway-Style Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 6-inch sub roll
  • 2-3 slices of deli meat (turkey, ham, roast beef, or chicken)
  • 2-3 slices of cheese (cheddar, Swiss, pepper jack, or provolone)
  • Assorted vegetables (lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber, green peppers, olives)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Slice the sub roll in half lengthwise.
  3. Layer the deli meat and cheese on one half of the sub roll.

  5. Spread the condiments of your choice on the other half of the sub roll.
  6. Place the sandwich on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the bread is toasted.
