Subway-style sandwiches are a great option for a quick and easy meal that you can customize to your taste. You can recreate the delicious taste of your favourite Subway sandwich right in your own kitchen with this easy-to-follow recipe.
Ingredients:
- 6-inch sub roll
- 2-3 slices of deli meat (turkey, ham, roast beef, or chicken)
- 2-3 slices of cheese (cheddar, Swiss, pepper jack, or provolone)
- Assorted vegetables (lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber, green peppers, olives)
- Condiments (mayonnaise, mustard, ranch, chipotle sauce)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Slice the sub roll in half lengthwise.
- Layer the deli meat and cheese on one half of the sub roll.
- Add the vegetables of your choice on top of the meat and cheese.
- Spread the condiments of your choice on the other half of the sub roll.
- Place the sandwich on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the bread is toasted.
- Remove from the oven and let the sandwich cool for a minute or two.
