Ingredients:
- 4 medium-sized potatoes, boiled and cubed
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan on medium heat.
- Add cumin seeds to the hot oil and let them splutter for a few seconds.
- Add the cubed boiled potatoes to the pan and mix well.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt to the pan and mix well again.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are lightly browned and crispy.
- Turn off the heat and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
- Serve Jeera Aloo hot with rice or roti.
